Smart Switch Scene Slow
« on: September 12, 2018, 09:50:58 pm »
Hi everyone,

I am running Vera Plus with FW 1.7.4001. I have about 17 Z-Wave devices paired without issue.

However, I am finding scenes very slow to respond. The slowest is a scene that simply switches on 6 Aeotec Smart Switches when a Remotec Scene controller button is pressed.
Each switch seems to switch off in sequence with a 10-20 second delay between each one. The same thing happens when I trigger the scene via the UI or app.

If I switch each device off/on individually it is only a 3-4 second delay.

The Z-Wave coverage would appear to be okay.

Is this expected behaviour or something I can troubleshoot?

Hi Maegda,

Sorry for the delay, I replied to the email instead of this post.

I have enabled the logs and activated the scene at 10:22am 14/9/18 local time (Adelaide +9:30)

Remote access has also been enabled:
50106700-226321 (SSH: 23860 TS_SRV=vera-us-oem-ts11)

Thank you.

Hi Mattstralia,

We have disabled the technical support code you posted. The code contains the ssh port along with the password so that every person who has knowledge of this can access your hub and control your HA system.

Please, re-enable technical support on the unit and send it via email.

Thank you!
