Vera is a very powerful device but its documentation has a lot to be desire.  On the other hand, Vera has huge base of enthusiastic tinkerers which are reflected in the forum.  When facing a problem one has to resort to the forum.  While the forum include enormous amount of information it takes lots of sorting and cross checking through other conversation to figure what the discussion or the solutions are.  What I am suggesting is to start “how too” wiki site similar to Wikipedia where people post instructions and manuals which are lacking in Vera documentation.  I expect that most of it will be problem solved through discussion in the forum, but summarized in easy to follow steps.

You can also sign up for an account, get authoring permissions from Florin, and start contributing new pages or content if you're interested.

Technically, you can publish without permissions, as witnessed by all the spammers actively using it 8).  But you might not want to go that route...   :D
