Cant view (archived) camera snapshots which were created on trigger event

I added a generic chinese Ip camera (other camera wizard) entered the snapshot URL. When I added it to my vera lite UI5 I had picture during the test image button. Also live video works when watching through vera, but I cant view any archived snapshots or see any images which were taken during a trigger scene. If i go to the alerts section and I try to view any snapshots, none of them show any images. just a small red X like there was no image.

Viewing the webcam live over web browser or through the autohomation mobile android app works fine.

Any ideas?

Did you enter the IP camera MAC ID in your camera advanced tab. You must have that or none of your clips will get archived.

yup i did that. otherwise i get no archive available message when there was no MAC ID.

upgraded firmware.

now got it working. problem was i entered local ip adress of camera. now i used external dyndns and it works. pics are saved on archive
