SRT321 issues again
« on: December 12, 2018, 07:37:56 am »
Hi everyone
Once again I have issues with my SRT321
Last issues were resolved by removing both it and the boiler switch and re-adding them to the network.

Current situation.  SRT321 is approximately 15 feet, clear line of sight from my Vera+ box.
This morning it was working correctly
Poll interval is 150 seconds
Wakeup is 300 seconds
Battery is 79%
Altering the thermostat manually results in correct behaviour from the boiler (yay)
Vera UI displays 0C either in a web browser or on my Vera app as the set point.
Any attempt to alter this from the browser results in an Aborted result

On the phone you don't even get the rotation pointer.

This looks like it has >1 setpoint all of a sudden?

Could really do with a hand on this as I'm due to head North in about 2 hours and my wife will NOT be happy.

TIA!

Oh might also be worth noting that it appears to actually poll fine:

And again.
Raised a ticket with support but no response as yet

I suspect this is the meaningful log entry:
02   01/03/19 19:33:06.106   JobHandler_LuaUPnP::RunAction device 80 action urn:upnp-org:serviceId:HVAC_UserOperatingMode1/SetModeTarget failed with -911/ERROR: Thermostat is not configured. Please setup thermostat and try again. <0x77170520>

No idea if it's just coincidence but I also just ran out of space.

Operating at 95% capacity when it starts crashing at 98% is sensible? I have a USB stick for log files but took an age to find enough stuff to delete to get stable again. (I managed to get it down to 94%, it's now back to 95%)

Is there no way to increase the /overlay partition? Or just move some of the files over to a external device without too much of a performance hit.

Anyway, enough drift. Any suggestions as to how I might restore thermostat function without unpairing? I guess I could go for a restore, in fact!
