Hello all,

I'm happy to announce that version of 1.5 of ImperiHome is now available on Google Play! : http://goo.gl/xhuUP

For Vera users, this version provides the support of thermostats (both physical z-wave ones and virtual ones through Antor 'Smart Virtual Thermostat' plugin), and the support of smoke sensors.

Some new features not Vera specific are also available such as:
  • Option to choose one toggle button or two buttons for switches
  • Ability to customize units for sensors
  • Scenes voice recognition customizatio
  • Shutters icon animation
  • ...

We hope you will like this new version and are, as usual, waiting for your feedback!

cool im gonna try it on my dell streak,s3 and tab2 and let you know if i have any feedback :)

edit :
easy installation. just go to settings and delete the demo thing and add vera using login.
  ip-cam unable to read stream
nfc tagging > using sony xperia tag > works..
nfc tag opens group or camera .. wrong groups are selected. using it for actuators does not work, this is what you want.. the group thing is really useless like this, make it so one can use tag to
activate a actuactor instead would be nice. for example i have a dooropener which runs for 5 secs when i activate it, after it will stop. when activated it uses trigger for a scene to tell my pc to
speak to me about the thing being activated and i have a scene that will run on smokealarm and activate the dooropener. if i make a scene to activate the dooropener vera would get confused
and crash or put in too much delay. i like to switch on devices with a nfc coz there cheap and it works :) i could put a tag on my frontdoor and use it to open it automaticly .. pretty nice imho..

the nfc add-on is really a usefull feature, app works pretty stable.
perhaps you can integrate gps and voice/nfc activation for single devices ?

Just installed Imperihome on my HST-IWAC. Great work........

Couple suggestions:

1) The TSTAT's display the temperature but have the word null after the degree symbol.
2) Full security panel information. I would like to be able to arm and disarm my security panel and monitor the zones. The zones do show up currently in Imperihome. See attached photo.
My ZWave Network: Too friggin big to list.....

Hi all!

Found no other fitting topic, so here my question / problem:

I'm using jbmedia LightManager connected with a Wifi-Bridge. For controlling all my actors (eg. lights, curtains, fountains, ...) I'd like to use the IMPERIHOME App for Android.

After installation on a SAMSUNG Galaxy Note 10.1 (running Android 4.1.2) as well as on a SAMSUNG Galaxy S3 (also running Android 4.1.2), starting the App, and setting up the IP of the Wifi-Bridge, also Login-User and Password, I get the message "connnection in progress" and a few seconds later the Wifi-Bridge is identified with the correct resolved hostname.

After that, tipping FINISH, I always get the message: "WIFIBRIDGE.home (LightManager): Error getting config from LightManager)"

This is happening on both devices - tablet and smartphone.
IP-Connection is OK, because using the browser on both devices does a perfekt job. Not only in the LAN, but also over the air (using dyndns and port forwarding) everything works perfekt using a browser.

I am at the end with my knowledge ...
Also google doesn't know anything about the error message: "(LightManager): Error getting config from LightManager)"

Anybody with an idea or the same problem?

Thanks and best regards from Austria / Tyrol
Werner

Hello AlterEgo,

Indeed, this forum is not the proper place because dedicated to Vera system.

Please rather send a mail to contact_at_imperihome.com and copy/paste the content of this message.
We will help you resolving this issue.

Thank you.

Is there a change that ImperiHome will support the ICY E-Thermostat in the future?

Hello,

To be honest, the support of this thermostat was not part of our TODO list. It is now :-)
However, we can not communicate on any potential releasing date.
Thank you for your valuable feedback.

Great! Thanks for adding this to your TODO list. My donation is coming your way soon. It seems I cannot donate to your project?

Great! Thanks for adding this to your TODO list.

Re,

Seems like this will take less time than expected; the ICY-E support is ready for testing ;)
Tvdnagel, could you please send us a little e-mail to contact _at_ imperihome.com so that we can send you a test version of the app with bundled ICY thermostat support ?

Thanks,

somehow the settings "Distplay status bar" and "Show update spinner" are not taken into account anymore ..
any idea how to fix that ?

BTW. great app ... best one i have seen so far for a in-wall tablet ..
i just hate the scrolling .... a tile-function for smaller switches would be awesome ..

cheers
