Localize Vera Alerts Client

If you would like a localize version of the Android Vera Alerts app and would like to contribute ... please let me know.
Currently it is in English. It is partly localized in Dutch.
It you can help ... please let me know.
There are about 100 strings to be translated.

The format is
   <string name="upgrade">Upgrade from Old DB</string>
The bolded part is where the translation goes.

These strings are spread through out the UI, most are the settings page.
Others are the context menu (when you long click entries)

Please PM or email the changes ... including the language ... I would like to credit all of the contributors.

Richard, here are in spanish. I couldn't use special characters used in spanish like ???... and ?. Let me know if you need anything else.

The localization should be able to handle all of the special characters.

Yes,
   That is in the Version I expected to release a few weeks ago ...
   I made a release last night just to fix the Version timeout problem.
   I will make a release with your localization and other changes soon.
