SQ Remote HD won't open on iphone 5s - resolved!

SQ Remote HD won't open at all for me on my new iphone 5s.

I initially thought it might be caused by the Disable Sleep option in settings but that appears to be incorrect.

I have turned all options under settings to off and also rebooted the iphone with no effect.

Any ideas?

Square connect support got back to me with a suggestion that worked !

The fix ended up being easy: delete app from phone and reinstall.

I had a back up of my remote layout and it loaded back up with no problem. It looks like the only thing I have to put in is the Mios service settings.
