Zones won't update status through mobile App?

I just installed an ad2usb today and I'm still working out the settings. Thanks to some forum posts I already figured out why when I tripped a zone it would take forever to get it to update status back to untripped/closed (the TTL thing)..

Anyway I believe that is working now but when I trip a zone and I'm using the Mobile Vera app, it doesn't update the zone as tripped.. The device updates on my mios dashboard but not in the mobile app. The problem is, it worked earlier and now I can't figure out what changed.  I want to be able to monitor any tripped zones via the mobile app and I'm sure I should be able to do it..

Any suggestions?

I also noted that for some reason all of my zones are in numerical order except the zone I'm testing which is my front door. I don't know if that is meaningful or not. My front door is the lowest numbered zone but is displayed last on my zone list in the MCV mobile app.
