Harmony 890 (not pro) with Vera
« on: January 16, 2012, 10:39:37 am »
I Know that my remote can't be set as a secondary controler.

Someone has an idea for how to make talking my remote control with Vera ?  ::)
I think that it's not possible in the Z-Wave world to bind a conversation between 2 controler, right ?  ???

So, What is the Best solution to give instructions to the Vera controler with my remote control ?  Do I need an IR to z-Wave extender ?  Pretty weird when you Know that This remote support z-Wave, no ?  :-\

Thanks!

You may want to look at the squeezbox plugins as I think maybe @Ap15e's LOUIS4vera plugin supports triggering actions or scenes on Vera via IR... You obviously need a squeezebox I guess, but that's not a bad thing :)
