was looking at a different Fibaro switch, sorry for my erroneous comments.
try to write a scene where the fibaro closes only for 0.5second when activated

Not a good idea ... what if vera is busy doing something else?
Better programm the fibaro relais itself to switch after a specific amount of time, parameter 3, 4 (or5)

*edit* : just like dalhoj writes.

Thanks dalhoj and Cor,
You are right. I configured parameters 3 and 4 and removed the scene and it is working as it should.
So what about parameter 14 if I do not have a button connected to the Fibaro switch?
Should I leave it set to 0 (momentary switch)?

That doesn't matter.  it's only when you have an external switch . And even than , it is just what you prefer yourself.

I am still looking where I can get the Fortrezz MIMOlite EUROPE version. I can only find it in the US version.

I contacted Fortrezz and it's sold from http://www.domadoo.fr/. I asked them to consider selling from amazon.co.uk but we'll see.
