I am using a Honeywell, I think it is the YTH8320ZW1007/U Z-Wave Enabled Programmable Thermostat for the past 4 months or so.  I bought a refurbished one on Amazon.  I chose it because we have several similar non-Z-wave models at my office.

I am happy with it, though it did seem to hick-up once after a power glitch.  My real complaint is that the battery was jammed into it when I got it and had to fix it.  A minor problem but expected better for refurbished.
