The port # looks right. Why don't you login through getvera.com (ensure a remote connection) and see what shows up in your browser's URL bar. That should be the relay server.

Applaud again!  Thanks for that tip.  My relay is 51 and now AutHomation works again!  Do you know how to determine the secondary server (the second relay)?

You might check the ALTUI forum---I think those URLs are obsolete. I do remote access with a VPN, so I haven't looked at ALTUI's remote stuff.

I have AltUI installed... I dont really use it right now.  Where do you find them? I've spent some time looking today

Okay, got that.  Here  are the options in there.

 In AutHomation I have 3 spots to put things in I had been using vera-us-oem-relay31.mios.com for everything which gave me about 30% to 50% up time..... what do I use for what to increase that?
