GCal3 on UI7 a bit different
« on: June 23, 2015, 05:27:04 pm »
Hi All

I am trying to use this plugin on UI7 and I must be missing something.
The fields referred to in the installation guide is not in my interface.
I had the calender visible for a while showing the events I added as a test but with all the changing around trying different things this has disappeared.

Under "Control" options I have "Link" and "Keyword" and I am assuming the link is the "Calender ID" referred to.
I also don't see any of the options in the advanced tab. Under Advanced in the Variables tab I have:

Tripped - 0
gcalkeyword -
gcalinterval - 21600
gcalnextevent - No data
gcalon -
Armed -

Here is a section from the logs related to the device in question:

You are using a very old version of GCal -- several years old ........   The version you are trying to use will not work any more because of changes to google.

You need get GCal3 from the marketplace and to follow the instructions on the first post of this thread especially those on getting and setting google credentials
