TTS stops, UPnP problem?

I have a scene that uses TTS to make an announcement.  It will work fine for weeks and then TTS will just stop all of a sudden.

Often I have a message in the message area of UI5 stating "UPnP Event Proxy: Checking that proxy is running".  To correct the problem of TTS not playing I have to uninstall the UPnP app and then reinstall it.  Doing this fixes the problem for another couple of weeks.

What's the issue?  Is it a Sonos problem or a UPnP app problem?  What can I do to diagnose and ultimately fix it?

Did you make static Ip adresses for your sonos?
For a lot/most people that solves it.

I thought I had.  I only had static IP's on 2 out of 3 Sonos devices.  I made the last one a static and will monitor.
