Hi all

I have had the same issue. I've solved it by writing a scene to turn it off at 2.05am ( it was coming on around 2am). This might not work so well if it's in your bedroom/ likely to wake you up but it was a practical work around for our downstairs lights. Just thought I'd share!

I know it's not what people want to hear but from this forum the problem seems to be related to z-wave bulbs. I would suggest changing to standard bulbs with z-wave switch's/dimmers.

Most people use these bulbs because a z-wave switch/dimmer is inconvenient to install.

I recently purchased the Gocontrol LB60Z-1 bulb and am having the same problem as others turning on in the middle of the night. Why does the getvera compatibility site state that there are no known issues at this time when apparently there is a major issue?

The GoControl/Linear  looks like a clone of the DTA19-750-27 so its likely the same issue.

This almost sounds like the bulb experience a mini power blip or the internal controller  'crashed'  during a specific heal or configuration action  and it is defaulting back to being on at full power just as if this was connected to a manual switch.

If you change the Configuration Parameter 1 (dim level memory) to  1 from the default 0, does anything change ?

I do not have any z-wave bulbs but 3 z-wave switches. I am thinking, except for Hue bulbs, I will likely stay away from z-wave bulbs in the future.

I setup a PLEG trigger to detect if one of one of my problem bulbs turns itself on and immediately turns it off.  This treats the symptom and not the problem, but it's been working well.

Has anyone found an actual solution to this? I just got a few of these for outdoor lighting and have been having the same problem. I always prefer switches, but my home is older and doesn't have neutral at the switches, and this particular wiring is nearly impossible to get to.

Edit: VeraPlus controller, if that matters.

Hey there,

Domitech/Linear/Gocontrol LB60 bulb gremlins are solved through OTA  bulb automatic firmware upgrade. But will be introduced in Vera 7.26 firmware update.

Until then, our Customer Care team can help with these bulbs if you log a ticket through support@getvera.com

I thought 7.26 had already been released. I am running 7.26.01. What am I missing?

My bad, I meant 7.27 ... still CC can do it for you. If you are affected by this issue.

I'm running 7.26.01, and worked yesterday with Customer Care to get my bulbs upgraded. Still had 3 of the 4 turn on last night between 2 and 3 AM.

I put in a ticket Sunday afternoon for a firmware upgrade and that was completed Sunday night. I thanked Customer Care for that but advised them my bulb still needs its firmware updated. They said they would give it to the development team but that was a couple of days ago. I'll wait a week and then open a new ticket.

You may try giving them a call... that's what I did, and they upgraded them right away.

In other news, it looks like my lights did not turn on last night!

Wait what?  I thought Vera didn't do OTA updates for device firmware?!
