I just thought of something I want to try. I don't have wind chimes at my house. I think I'd like to hear wind chimes occasionally if it's windy outside.

You may want to check http://mynoise.net/NoiseMachines/windchimesGenerator.php and if you have the weather plugin installed, you could use it's 'urn:upnp-micasaverde-com:serviceId:Weather1' WindSpeed variable as a trigger. If  WindSpeed>0 play chimes.

I have the weather plugin, and I was thinking exactly that. Except I'd probably use a threshold of 5 or more, just to cut down on the interruptions.
