No sorry.  Excuse my language.  I meant I like the sound of it.
The features offered by the Puck would be perfect for my needs.

SQ Remote 2 is in the app store. See John's new topic in this forum for details.

Price for full features has been dropped, major work is compatibility with ui4 and the integration od SQBlaster.

SQ Connect 2.0 is a a big improvement to an already great app.  If you haven't yet tried it, I highly suggest giving it a shot now.

There are a lot of minor improvements, and features have been polished, yielding an even better overall experience for the user.

One huge thing is that the app now supports multitasking!!  Makes controlling your home much quicker...

I just saw my May 25th post.... Wow where has the time gone?

So an apology is in order. Lots field testing revealed lots of interesting problems to be solved.

It is true i did have my developer hat on.

We really are in production of the final units... All very exciting, and looking forward to getting the Vera communities response both whe we got it right and where there is room fro improvement!

We open the order book last week in sept... Signup on www.squareconnect.com to be on the list for first deliveries...

Mat

Mat, What else are you doing about publicity for this thing? I assume you'll want to get some of the blogs sites like EngadgetHD etc some info or will the big push happen at Cedia?

We had engaged with a PR firm, but that fell through so our pr plan is in a bit of a mess. cEDIA is the big push, but if anybody has any contacts with appropriate blog sites please let me know.

I would suggest perhaps tying up with MCV here for a twofer publicity stunt and get some hardware (locks, couple of switches / modules etc), and then approaching the editorial staff with the offer at the sites below.

Any info available on the "Puck"?  Like dimensions, is it battery powered or does it have a power dongle, range ect. Planning on purchasing one if not to much $$. Waiting patiently.

Thanks

Check out www.squareconnect.com home page at the bottom of the page is a photo...

It is 3inches in diameter. It requires a USB power supply.

I would not say that it is cheap. It is, however, very good value.

Did I see correctly that if I purchase the Puck, I essentially get SQ Remote for free?   Now that's a nice incentive!
