Possible Bluetooth Pass Through
« on: August 09, 2016, 11:15:30 am »
Hello,

I have a VeraPlus connected to my network.  Periodically I see an unknown phone appearing in my File Explorer / Network List.   It is identified as w7_tmo_us and is an LG-D415.   It does not show up on my router.    Today while the unknown phone was listed, I shut off my VeraPlus.  When I rechecked my Network the phone was not there.  However when I re-energized my VeraPlus it was not there so no conclusion.

Searching the web I see this problem is not unique to me so I doubt it is connecting through the VeraPlus.  Still I would like to pinpoint the issue.

Is it possible to disable the Bluetooth radio on the VeraPlus and /or  when the Wifi is off is it really off?

Thanks

JohnRob

Have you found a solution or a switch for turning Bluetooth or ZigBee interfaces off or disabling them?
