UI7 Getting Manufacturer...
« on: March 17, 2017, 01:45:51 pm »
I have 2 Monster IWD600S switches that I've used with Vera since 2011. After upgrading my Vera3 to UI7 (1.7.919), they started reporting "Please wait, Getting the Manufacturer".

I have excluded them, reset them to factory defaults and re-included them in UI7. No change. They operate, but fill up my Alerts with "Device not responding" messages and have a permanent red warning banner below the devices.

Anyone have any insight? (Yes, ticket submitted to MCV).

EDIT: the exclude/include was done with Vera within 3 feet of the dimmers.

Did you ever figure this out? I just started getting this error on my Zooz siren. I'm avoiding unpairing and adding it back if I can help it.
