Author Topic: Edge UI7 system completely unstable since latest firmware upgrade!  (Read 527 times)

Since the upgrade about a week ago my system has been completely unstable!
On lights show as off, scenes don't work/run, etc.
Any suggestions before I do a full system reset?
Is it possible to do a restore after full reset or do I have to re-associate all devices?
Any help appeciated.

Sorry to hear about the difficulties you'be been having.
I wouldn't suggest contacting customer care asap, so we avoid any decisions based on guesses.

There are no known issues with the latest firmware that would bring an entire system down, like this.

There's no particular reason why this might happen. Please get in touch with the CC team so they can have a look at the unit.

You can email them, see my signature. Make sure you also include unit's SN, and status of the lights on the unit, as well, so they can provide useful data within the first reply.
