Since there are tons of alexa threads and who knows what's current and what's old, I'm going to ask.

Is there a thread that shows how to integrate Vera with Amazon Alexa?

Thanks

Thanks,

I got it running.  Had a hard time because I had the beta previously and had to step through the process of re-integrating Vera with Amazon.  Working now.

This only works for 1.7, right?
No luck for us who are on 1.5, and don't fancy redoing all the work that went in to setting everything up?

From what I understand, you can set up a Raspberry PI with HA Bridge.
Vera 3, 1.7.1030, CT101 t-stat, Everspring motion detector, GE/Jasco switch, Leviton outlet, AeonLabs sensor, NuTone garage door, Blue Iris, Sricam SP011, iPhone locator, APCUPSD, VeraMate, VeraAlerts, PLEG, House Modes, Countdown Timer, DVR, Virtual/Multi Switch, Weatherunderground, LB60Z-1 bulb

I use the HA Bridge on one of my Linux servers, but I see no reason that it couldn't run on the RPi, as well.

Vera Control is not available world wide. I had my account transferred to amazon.co.uk and the app was not available there, reverted back.
