WT00Z-1's wonder on there own, then return...
« on: May 07, 2017, 04:01:18 pm »
Hi , I upgraded from Edge to Plus last week. Did backup, then full restore on new unit, flawless great.

The only issue I have is that every day, one, two or three of my WT00Z-1 controllers (I have 7 installed) show "Can't detect device", i then go to each device, manually turn them on and off, their corresponding associated light responds ok and the message goes away. One of two days after, the same thing.

I have tried doing neighbor updates with no luck. Nothing changed from previous setup, but the main unit itself. Is there something in the advanced parameters tab I should update? force it to reconfigure perhaps? Any ideas? It only happens with the WT00Z-1, 3 way accessory switches.

Thanks in advance...

I have 2 door sensors that do the same. I just ignore the error since both work just fine.
Vera 3, UI7 1.7.947, CT101 t-stat, Everspring motion detector, GE/Jasco switch, Leviton outlet, AeonLabs door sensor, Insteon garage control, Blue Iris, Sricam SP011, iPhone locator, APCUPSD, VeraMate, VeraAlerts, PLEG, House Modes, Countdown Timer, DVR, Virtual & Multi Switch, Weather, Sys. Mon.

I have one WT00Z-1 on Vera Plus and it started doing this recently as well.  I can see in the log where is goes out and comes back at random times.
