Virtual Outdoor Temperature Plugin for thermostat

Hello,
I have Stelpro Thermostat STZW402+

When I connect this thermostat, my Vera automatically install a Virtual Outdoor Temperature Plugin. This thermostat has a feature to show outdoor temperature.

The problem is that this Virtual Outdoor Temperature Plugin shows wrong temperature . I checked my weather settings in Users & Account Info and all the parameters are right.
Later I installed Wunderground Weather Plugin and it works very good and shows right temperature. Can I use this plugin for my thermostat and if yes what I need to change?

If you have an outdoor temperature sensor in your z-wave network, you can use that to display actual outdoor temperature:
