Note that RTCOA CT100 Thermostat with firmware version 9.0 or below has an issue interpreting poll commands. This causes the thermostat to show as "can't detect" although working correctly. This seems to be a bug in the thermostat firmware which has been solved with Thermostats versions 9.1 or above.


You can tell the version of your thermostat by checking the Versioninfo variable in the advanced settings of the device. It should look something like this : 3,3,28,9,0 .
