CT101 Wiring Help
« on: August 31, 2017, 08:31:43 am »
I know I need to follow page 16 in the manual, however my current thermostat has E and AUX jumpered together. Do I also need to jumper AUX 1 and AUX 2 together?

I called customer support as it says in the manual, but they stated they can not provide wiring advice....

They won't want to provide the wiring advise because this is very HVAC specific. Telling you wrong could damage your thermostat or cause undesirable outcomes.

You may be better off reviewing the wiring schematic for your HVAC system to determine the course.
