Vera Edge does not work properly with devices any more

Hi,

At the beginnig I have to mark, that I'm completly amteur about zwave architecture. I truly hoped in Plug&Play idea of Vera Edge with other zwave devices architecture ;)

I lately faced the problem with my Vera Edge. It actually does not want to add and properly work with any device, what make the whole network unusable.
A little bit of history first :)
After 2 years of problemless work it started to showup errors with few single devices.
It mostly was displying errors like "Please wait! Getting the manufacturer..." with Qubino 1 Relay switchches and similar with roller shitters. The next step was to deactivate all scenes which were using these devices, without any possibility to turn it on again.
I made factory reset of Vera Edge, and tried to connnect all devices again, however without positive result.
Out of 9 devices I have tried to connect, I succeded only with 2:
1 Qubino Swith 1 Relay and 1 Everspring Humidity&Temperature sensor.

I have no more ideas what is possibly wrong and I am so close to dump my VE controller and change it for something else.
Please help me :)

I had a bad thermostat but it took me weeks to figure out which z-wave device was taking down my network. Hopefully support can read the logs and tell you if a bad device is to blame.

A week from asking VEra Support has passed ...  no contact from their side so far.
