Would also like to know what kind of support Vera gives for HVAC in Alexa? Specifically I'm using both ZXT 120 and ZXT 600

Unfortunately I ditched 3 of these units in favour of broadlink minis and autotasker.

I think they made a thread somewhere but not by device that I saw.

1. what's the inside temperature
2. set the (device name) (for me it's thermostat) to 73
3. It does not switch from heat to cool via alexa that I ever saw, you must do that via an app or the unit

See here > https://www.amazon.com/gp/help/customer/display.html?nodeId=201749260

Control a thermostat
"Set [smart home device / group name] temperature to [##] degrees."

"[Increase / decrease] the [smart home device / group name] temperature."

Check your thermostat
"What's the temperature in here?"

"What's my thermostat set to?"
