Hi there, good finding.

However, for the people that are no ready to take things apart, you can also do a "soft" power cycle as follows:

1. Press and hold on the reset button on the side for around 30 seconds.
2. Remove power cord.
3. Wait a few seconds until slowly all the lights turn off.
4. Re-apply power when ready, to boot up the unit.

Either way, this is just a power cycle, and it will not guarantee that the "blinking service" light will be fixed. You can always check this with support as well.

I KNEW There was an easier way to do this! Question: Why isn't this information published anywhere (that I could find)?

Thanks

I would love to personally have all the answers.
I'm used to be more like a "solution" type of guy  8)

But you're making a good point and I will report this to our documentation team.

You must be new here.

Been active here since 2014 (less than a year after YOU joined) and have owned Vera products way before I joined. On my third product. So - no - I'm not new here.  :)   :)

Had to use this procedure just now and it works! Thanks!

Will post an amended video soon.
