Xiaomi make a huge range of products from clothes to luggage to.... well you get the idea. I assume you mean their 'smart devices' like the lights and power switches. You can get the Xiaomi/yeelights working directly with Vera (search the forums), but also Vera are currently working on support (beta out now) that supports IFTTT which in turn is supported by MiHome.
