CT-110 Thermostat
« on: November 28, 2017, 08:48:31 am »
I just bought some new CT-110 Thermostats and the integration with Vera is OK.

However, those thermostats don't allow to do some basic configuration directly from the thermostat buttons, like :

1.  Set the display on Celcius instead of Fahrenheit
2.  Lock the thermostat
3.  Set the temperature Threshold
4.  ...

On their documentation they said that those settings could be done by the web, but without any other explanation... Those thermostats are based on Z-Wave technology and not WiFi !!!

Someone has an idea how to send the corresponding command to the thermostat to set those type of configuration thru the Vera (with an example please) ?

Thank you

I managed to lock the thermostat by transmitting parameter # 3 with data "1", as mentioned in their documentation. However, to change the display mode, it seems a lot more complicated. Parameter 10 returns 32000 (monitor mode on device options), and it does'nt seem to match the default thermostat data at all. I tried anyway to change the value but without success.
