@Luopo - the agent mentioned that your controller is out of warranty and he will let you know how will he further proceed after he escalates this. No mention of any costs there. We'll make sure you handle this ASAP.

@ckgan - your battery replacement out of warranty was honored free of charge as well. We're sorry for the delays  :-[

We apologize for the delays in the regular replacement process. This is an atypical situation because this issue portraited in this topic only affected a small batch of EU units, while these are US. This is nowhere near a general problem but we'll make sure we address this the fastest and most favorable way to our customer.
