Vera Plus stuck on update

I just installes my first ever Vera Plus. After registering an account it went into update stage and was stuck there for 30 mins or so. Restarded it but have the same thing again.

Tried poking reset 3 and 6 times but seems to have no effect. Setup page seems to see the Vera but it is always stuck at updating. Please help :/

I got one message from iOS app - screenshot is attached.

Exactly what happened to me with my brand new VeraPlus

any solution please tell me, didn't get a chance to even open all my accessories, sensors etc.. I just activated it and after linting one door sensor selected update firmware got exactly same message  :-[

so sad

please help
