UI7 Cannot remove device

I tried to delete this using http://x.x.x.x:3480/data_request?id=device&action=delete&device=117 and it has had no effect.  Does any one know another way to force a removal of a device?

Try using http://x.x.x.x/port_3480/data_request?id=device&action=delete&device=117 Then reload engine.
