Offline ?
« on: January 24, 2018, 11:24:46 am »
Hey Guys

I wonder if anyone can help me.

i just upgraded the firmware to 7.0.25 the other day on my Vera Plus, what i am getting now is the the controller is offline, everything still works locally, but when you log in to the UI under firmware it says - no space left on device - as shown in the screen shot, it also says cannot write user date.

i don't know what i should do about it, i have emailed support but they have not got back to me yet

Just wondered if anyone has had this problem ? and how did you fix it ?

Regards
woto

This is a known issue. I would suggest contacting Vera support. They can remove files to free up space. Many people have found that a phone call is faster than email.

I had that same notification in your second screen grab after installing 7.25. Support rolled me back to 7.23, the last known good f/w. Things seem to be running well now. hopefully Vera can get this right in 7.26!?

Did they roll you back? If so, which f/w are you on?

Thanks.
