i have the same problem but with the 'delete' (trashcan) icon.
on some computers it works ( remote login )
local login it doesnt. my machines are W7-64 bit IE9

Also the mios marketplace requires popup blockers to be off.
they rely on a popup to actuall commit the install.

    oTi, I'm confused, using your  schema which suggests that devices with a Version of 2.48 or greater supports FW 5.02 and 4.52 for beaming. Upon review of my devices;

    - Leviton Light Switches and Light Dimmers = Version 2.9
    - GE/Jasco Light Switch = Version 2.64
    - GE/Jasco Outdoor Switch = Version 2.64
    - CA9000 Motion Sensors = Version 2.9
    - HSM100 Motion Sensor = Version 2.40
    - Kwikset Locks = Version 2.78
    - 3Gig Themostat = Version 2.78

    That would suggest that all of my devices with exception of the HSM100 have beaming capability. I don't believe that correct as I know that the battery device and Leviton switches/dimmers do not support beaming. I believe that only the GE/Jasco Switches support, can you confirm and/or clarify. I would be great if we had a table somewhere that would Identify which brand/type support beaming. Mike

Z-Wave firmware 5.02 and 4.52 support beaming. Which translates to 2.48 and up for the serial version, I think. Those are the second and third digit in the version string.

Example (3-way GE dimmer):

Capabilities    202,156,0,4,17,1,L,R,B,RS,|38,39,112,114,115,134,
Version            6,2,64,2,16
Manufacturer    GE/Jasco

2,64 -> 2.64 for the Z-Wave serial API = 5.02sp2 Z-Wave firmware = supports beaming.

@MNB,
Upon review of my devices; [...]
I think it's consistent:

9 < 40 < 64 < 78, which leaves the GE/Jasco, the 2GIG t-stat and the Kwikset lock.

The Kwikset requires a beaming device. And perhaps the 2GIG does too; assuming it's the CT30; can't that t-stat be run on batteries? (But perhaps with hard-wired power it will provide beaming, like the GE/Jasco's).

oTi@ many thanxs for the email and response, agree with your assessment that 2.9 should be 2.09 which makes sense as to why Leviton switches can not beam. Is there perchance later firmware for the various devices and if so is it possible for the home owner to update? Mike

The firmware in the Leviton devices (switches, dimmers, scene/zone controllers) cannot be upgraded.

Some devices have been updated: the lamp plug-in module and the RS232 controller.
