Adding "other users"

I have a Vera 3 in my house and a Vera Plus at my mom's house.   I set up an I account for mine using my personal email and my mom's vera user her email. 

My issue now is that I can't seem to add a "other user" which I would use to manage her vera remotely.   If I put in my current username and password as other user on her system it says that I can't do that.  I then tried a new user name with my personal email and get a error message that the email address is already in use.

Is there any way to add myself to my mom's vera without a unique email using my existing email or is this another limitation in Vera?

Hello Ron,

The only way you could get the error that the "email is already in use", is that if you try to "create" an username which is already present in Vera;s database.

This can be clarified by our Customer Care team if you log a ticket with them. Details in my signature.
