Webcam Interface
« on: October 27, 2008, 06:34:00 pm »
From the demo site, the webcam view looks a little small.  I know you can click on it and go bigger.

Anyone actually have a webcam attached and using it? How is it for real-life monitoring?

Is there anyone that has multiple cameras that would like to see a quad view?

I have a Panasonic connected and it works, however think of it as still capture. Its nice to see my shop on the phone when I'm away.

That's good to know about it just getting image snaphots.  And the visual about your shop being on the phone, i totally can see that.

I have a Panasonic IP camera too, but I can't get it to display a picture.  What settings are you using?

In today's firmware if you click the image you can see it full screen.  You can also click + next to the device and the URL prompt you'll see the resolution requested from the camera.  You can change it, depending on what resolutions your camera supports, to get the maximum.

Would it be possible to move the "hide camera" button so it is next to the "view camera" button?
