Issues with 1245 and the multiwave pool controller (firmware 31):

1. vera still doesn't correctly show on/off status for the circuits. if circuit 1 is on, then it reports all 5 circuits on. if circuit 1 is off, it shows all 5 circuits off.

2. still can't set heater temp

3. still can't view water and air temp

4. main controller still shows turn on and off buttons, although these buttons don't do anything.

Is anyone having trouble with Kwikset locks?  I am noticing that when I set up new pins, they seem to "take" fine in the UI and I get the green upper corner on the lock when setting them, but none of them work on the actual lock keypad.  I also find that when I press unlock/lock in UI4 I get a green "transmit OK" tag and the lock does the correct action, but the green highlighted button never changes (i.e. if Unlock is green, and I click Lock, it actually does lock and the screen shows transmit ok, but the Unlock button stays highlighted green).

The upgrade to 1.1.1245 happened without drama. :-) But, when I want to upgrade the z-wave firmware I read " Use 4.5 branch of Z-Wave (U.S. Vera2 only and not stable)".
Is this correct? The new z-wave firmware is only for U.S.? (I'm running a EU Vera2)
The Wiki doesn't say anything about "U.S. only". ???

If the electric goes out and comes back on causing Vera to reboot and then on reboot the internet is down and it cannot set the clock.  With Vera ever realize this and set the time again, or will it be stuck in some random date/time forever until manually rebooted again?

Happy camper here ... just upgraded to UI4 1245 from UI3 which has run error free for over a year.   It works!!!!   Thanks to all the the beta testers and MCV  for developing a release I can finally trust  ;D

Stuck until the next reboot I believe! You can experiment if you like! :)

Just upgraded to 1.1.1245 and some strange things are happening:

1 - Just like tejchicago, it shows a message ZWave: Failed To Start
2 - Tried enabling Tech Support, it sais Operation Successful, but does not enable it
3 - Tried to telnet, but no success (on previous versions it was working)
4 - Tried SSH with the password on the bottom of Vera, also didnĀ“t accept the password
5 - Tried going to advanced network configuration, but also asks for root password

I did the upgrade reseting to factory defaults.

For now, I will try to go back to the previous version I was using, 1.1.1047.

Just upgraded, and have an error message [24]: Startup Lua Failed, which did not exist prior to the upgrade. Any thoughts on what I should do to correct this? Thanks.

Yeah I just tried to upgrade and got [7]: Startup Lua Failed. What's up with this?
My forum account was apparently hacked by a leprechaun. And he's drunk all of the time. If a post of mine seems a little off kilter, it's probably because he made it.

I just upgraded from 1.1.1047.  I unpaired all of my devices prior as I was unsure whether I would have to unpair them all again after doing a network reset then pairing them all up again.  Well, the install itself went ok: The PRI: NO was still showing but it did state I was on the new branch at least.  Then I tried to do a Reset Z-wave Network as stated in the wiki.  The soft reset did not work using the button on the gui.  I tried a hard reset by hitting the reset button twice in quick succession; did not work.  Tried 3 taps of the button, also without success.  Eventually went back to the gui and clicked the "hack" button because why not, what have I got to lose?  After that I was able to get a reset of the network, then paired up all devices again.

Short time yet on the new firmware but all else appears to be stable.

I unplugged my Vera instead of just rebooting, and the [24] Startup message disappeared. Go figure.
