need differents cost per KWH for french people and probably others

Hi all,

I think, it will be interresting to have two differents cost per KWH for french people as my "abonnement" is a day/night cost.

So it will be interresting to had in location a day night option with hour variable for the going in night to day cost.

Perhaps it's better to had generics variables for example:

cost per kwh = "...." between "xxhxx" and "xxhxx" at "day1"
cost per kwh = "...." between "xxhxx" and "xxhxx" at "day2"

etc ....

As is, everybody in the world may use those options.

But not only 2 costs, some people have more cost per day.

I'm currently working on a plugin that receive "teleinformation" data from a modem connected through your EDF electric meter (compteur EDF).
It already supports "heures creuses" and "EDF" options and I plan to add live cost calculation in the next version.

My situation here in Fla is that I pay standard rate for my first 1000KWH and then a higher rate for anything over that. At thsi time my cost is programmed as the higher one. :-)
