Vera Plus won't factory reset. HELP!

I have a Vera Plus unit for a client, I was pairing it with some Yale door locks, everything is fine.

Then I get a "Controller Down" notification. Only the Power LED is on, nothing else going on. I try to reset it. Nothing. Try to factory reset it. Nothing. Just a solid power light. Absolutely nothing else will come on. I left it overnight without Ethernet. Nothing. Left it overnight again WITH Ethernet. Nothing. It's not showing up on my network.

I've done the reset button, press 6 times in 6 seconds. I've done 3 times in 6 seconds. I've tried everything I can basically find on the internet about this problem and I am no closer to fixing it than I was earlier this week.

The biggest problem is that I live in Thailand. This item is shipped from Singapore with an EU frequency. I cannot order a new one for them in the timeframe available. ANY help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
