I have been through all of the posts about unpairing the Z wave for the YRL220ZW. I never get the option 3 on the lock though. I have called Vera and Yale tech support and neither can address this problem. I bought four lock and have tried a couple of them, same problem. The lock is right next to the controller, and other z wave devices I have added successfully. I have been trying for a couple days now to get this working.
I look forward to writing about how this problem resolved itself. Maybe someone knows what this problem is.

Your lock should be able to be unpaired only if it is already paired. Otherwise it can only be paired. Maybe you lock is already unpaired?
