Neptronic Bacnet and Vera

I have a Neptronic thermostat which supports BACnet. I have a router BACnet/IP.

The thermostat and router code:
TROB24T4XYZ1
BAS ROUTER

Do you guys have any idea how to connect this thing to my vera ?

I see there are developer libraries for the protocol here: http://www.bacnet.org/Developer/index.html.  You could port one of them to Lua and then write a plugin from there (unless there is already a plugin I'm unaware of).
