OLD Generation 1 - HAL Speaks out for VERA
« on: February 15, 2012, 08:21:23 pm »
The latest version of my HAL Server and HAL Clients (PC and Android) are now out.

You can hear my interactions to lock my door with Vera from my Android at:   http://RTS-Services.com/HalServer/Example.mp3

New Features Include:
  • On Android, the status messages are spoken back to you.
  • I have added Dicsovery modes to automatically find the IP address of the HALServer and Vera Controller.
  • PC Desktop Shortcuts, and Android Gestures now work. (Finished the non audio input to HalServer)
  • You can run the PC HAL client on a different machine from where the HAL Server is running.
  • Misc bug fixes and installation issues have been addressed.

The Current Testing Status of HAL Server is
  • Windows 7 - OK
  • Vista -Working
  • Windows XP - Not Working yet.

You can download at:
