I haven't worked with the Forest Shuttle Drapery Track, but so far all window covering controls tend to include fairly easily into Vera.  Whether they are motor controllers that switch voltage or motor interfaces that trigger contact closures or use lv signals to operate the motors, both seem to include similarly into Vera.  Most all use the "Multi-Level Switch Class" in Z-Wave so they are sometimes included as a lighting dimmer or other mistaken device, "on" could be "up", "off" could be "down", and "dim" is any percetange of openness in between.  If it is included as a mistaken device, it can be fixed fairly easily by changing the "D_" Device file to point to "D_WindowCovering1.xml" and any other issues should be able to be fixed with help on the forum.
Vera3 1.5.346, Schlage (3)DB (2)Lever, Kwikset (1)Lever, RCS TZ43 Thermo, (2) Vizia RZI06-1LX 600W Dimmers, (17) Monster (Leviton) Dimmers (6) Monster (Leviton) IWC Scene Controllers (1) Etherrain-8, (3) HSM 100's (1)GE 3-Way set

Forest was using Duwi blind controls in the past.
Duwi works fine with Vera 3
