1. Can't schedule an event for Thursday with IE 9 and Windows &.  I can schedule it fine with Safari and Mac Lion.

This has been fixed. As a workaround you can click to the left of the checkbox to check it.

2.  Can't switch from ESM to Normal mode with a Trane thermostat.  All other functions work fine.

This has also been fixed.

3.  Multiple problems with the Trane thermostat and smartphone access.

Can you give us more details about these problems?

When you say it has been fixed, do you mean the next release will contain the fix?

On the web plug in there is no ESM or Normal option.  The Fan mode shows "On" and cannot be changed to "Auto".  The unit is actually on "Auto".  That's all.  I thought there was another but I resolved it.

@gerrym2,

Welcome!

When you say it has been fixed, do you mean the next release will contain the fix?
Yep, presumably; in the next public beta release.
Dezwaved at the moment...

By web plug-in do you mean the Vera UI, or an actual plugin?

I mean on the smartphone interface at cp.mios.com/mobile that requires the plugin to operate.  I'm talking about the graphics version for smartphones. I haven't tried the text version.

Good to see the Trane ESM to Normal issue has been addressed.  Any idea when the next beta release will come out?  (I know, wishful thinking but I've been holding off downgrading, hoping a quick (in Mios time) fix was just around the corner.)

False Alarms from Fortrezz WWA-01 since upgrading to UI5 (1.5.346)

I have two  Fortrezz WWA-01 associated with me Vera 2.  I have received two false alarms from  Device #11 (4/29/2012 and 6/4/2012).  Any recommendation on how best to troubleshoot this? As I was researching this issue I noticed that the “device_file” that is referenced is the same ”D_TempLeakSensor1.xml” but the parameters are different. Why???

@Joe999

You should contact Tech Support so they can get the logs from your Vera and investigate the issue.

The next beta was supposed to be released last week but it was postponed to fix some issues (e.g. the inverted controls for the window shutters). So now it's expected to be released this week or the next one.

Thanks @mcvflorin...  Understand the risks of putting a date out there, but the lack of movement makes us twitch...  ;D

You maybe understood that I m quite curious...are there only bug fixing for the next release or also new functionalities?

Thank
Matteo

Mostly bug fixes and some minor UI tweaks and backend tweaks from what I gather from the beta firmware I am running. Nothing major in the way of features.
