Sony Watch 3 in the mail cant wait to test with doorlock through a scene trigger hopefully  8)

Voice integration would be nice.

I saw that imperihome you have to say Ok google.... then start home automation.. then command. Seems long and ruin the sleak effect of talking to your watch but might not be avoidable due to the way voice coms need to start..

I'll have to play around with this. I'm not sure what has happened, but I can no longer login at all (local or remote) with UI7.

Happy you're still here, I thought you left the development. If you need any testing count me in. I have a vera+, lgv10 (6.0), LGUrbane

cheers,

Yea, I'm still here. Not quite as active as I used to be lol.

Looks like the endpoint that I am using to authenticate the username is no longer valid. I changed it up locally, and cleaned up some of the logic. Testing with the local build, looks like everything is working now. I need to clean up some UI stuff, but I should be able to push a new build up to Google tonight.

It's on the AndroidWear app store OK.

The good: It authenticates me again. Woohoo!

The bad: It's failing at fetching the configuration (Failed to retrieve configuration) Possibly because I have multiple (3) Vera's on my account. ;(

I haven't tried it with three separate Veras. However, looking through the code, it fetches the first device. I'll see what I can figure out.

Have you tried deleting the app and re-installing it?

Yup. tried that even before I posted. Same result. When I used it before I only had the 1 Ui7 Vera. Now I have an Edge and a Plus on the same account as I'm intending to migrate my Ui5 and Ui7 Vera 3's to those. The phone is an LG v10 with the latest 6.x Android. Coupled with an LG G watch.

Looks like the device server was hardcoded. I went through and updated everything to be as dynamic as possible (endpoints pulled from responses accordingly.)  I'm hoping that solves the issue for you.

I pushed another update (1.7.1) to the Android store. Should be up an hour or so.

Grabbed the update. Unfortunately still no luck. It comes back with an error and a screen giving me the option to 'update location' (which works) and options to get the config both locally or remote. Both give me the 'failed to retrieve configuration' error. At least it's getting farther than 1.7.

I don't want to remove the edge and plus from my account as they have devices attached I need to be able to access remotely. As I'm not sure if I can re-add them to my account after I remove them. (Marc, Andrei any input?)

Your effort is much appreciated though.

Sounds like it is authenticating fine, and then blowing up trying to retrieve configuration (so at least it's getting that far.) I'm surprised that the local attempt doesn't work. Assuming you're on the same wifi network, I don't think the UI5 or UI7 provide any real authentication. For UI7, the local IP address is retrieved during the authentication process.

I'll see what I can figure out on my end.

I can confirm I was on the same network (my home one) when I received the errors. I verified with AuthomationHD in local mode and it was able to connect just fine. It looks like Smart Abode me be getting confused with the multiple Vera's on my network. Considering in local mode it also encounters a Ui5 Vera3 making it total of 4 units it has to deal with.

I know, I have a pretty convoluted Vera setup. Probably only exceeded by RTS.  8)

If I get brave enough tonight, I'll power down the Ui5 Vera 3, edge and plus for a few minutes. Leaving only the UI7 Vera 3 up to see if that allows the app to see it.
