try the open source software ispy to find additional camera url.  this is the website to download from.

I had a lorex camera, the only documentation I could find was this url

I used the camera wizard in ispy and selected my camera model LNB4321b and it found this additional url

I appended   &channel=1&subtype=1   to choose which camera and video stream, subtype=1 is the hires video stream,
this was the resulting URL I could add to Vera.

I have 4 Sricam's that only use RTSP and Blue Iris works great for me. All 4 show up as a composite camera (great to view on a phone) and using the DVR plugin, I have each stream to its own device. Blue Iris will signal motion to a virtual motion sensor on Vera, and Vera will arm the cameras for recording on Blue Iris.
Vera 3, UI7 1.7.1017, CT101 t-stat, Everspring motion detector, GE/Jasco switch, Leviton outlet, AeonLabs door sensor, NuTone garage door, Blue Iris, Sricam SP011, iPhone locator, APCUPSD, VeraMate, VeraAlerts, PLEG, House Modes, Countdown Timer, DVR, Virtual & Multi Switch, Weather, Sys. Mon.
