Blue flashing light after update

I initiated a firmware update, and it ran for 20 minutes.  I unplugged and plugged Vera back in like was suggested on the upgrade screen.  Now VeraLite will only power on and slowly flash a blue light.  I can not access it directly or over the internet of course.

What do I need to do to get it going again?

You need to connect a PC to the Ethernet port and talk to it at the root level.  I had this same issue and tech support helped a lot.  Suggest you give them a call.

I see this is a couple of months old, but there is a way to 'reflash' your vera when it is stuck at the blinking blue light.  You can do this by using the Vera Firmware recovery tool.  I have had to do this several times on my own veralite and also my sons veralite.   We are always able to recover and then restore from backups.

This attached restore procedure should works as well with VeraLite.


But of course, when everything else fails, don't hesitate to have our support team, look at it, as well.
