Setting up VeraEdge for first time issues

Hi

I'm trying to set up my new Vera Edge. The power light doesn't come on even though the device is powered. Here is what the lights look like:

Power light: off
Internet light: flashing
WiFi light: off
z-Wave light: solid
Service light: solid

I manually had to enter the Serial number and Mac no as it wasn't automatically detected by my network.

The Dashboard says "controller offline" even though it spent 5 mins updating I think the software.

Any suggestions?
